· Lastly you have the right under GDPR to request that we remove any information that we hold on you by making a written request which we will action and confirm as soon as possible but in any event within 28 days of your written request. We may need to hold some limited information about you to comply with regulatory and legal reasons, this is particularly important where we have been requested to hold information by a legal agency or because you have been a customer and this information is required for accounting reasons.
